Warranty
All items sold by Vortex Media are warranted to the original purchaser for normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If any product is defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, it will be replaced when returned to Vortex Media. There are no other express or implied warranties except as set forth herein. Vortex Media shall have no liability or warranty for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use its products, and in all cases our liability is limited strictly to replacement or the value of the product purchased.
Return/Exchange Policy
All products, except DVDs or MediaFiler software, can be returned within 5 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charge), subject to a Return Authorization from Vortex Media. Defective DVDs or MediaFiler software may be returned within 5 days of receipt for exchange only.
For an RA (Return Authorization) number, please e-mail customer service at returns@vortexmedia.com. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition, and all returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original brand new condition. VSB1 and VSB3 shoulder braces must include all parts, and have no damage including any wear, indentations or imperfections on the foam padding.
All returns must be packed securely with a copy of the original invoice included and a valid RA# clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.
Returns must be received within 10 calendar days after receiving an RA#. Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same payment method that the purchase was made.
Please Note: Our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions to this rule.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
Please ship your parcel back to us freight pre-paid – we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. For your own protection, insure all return packages. Vortex Media is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, pilfered or damaged.

Shipping Info
Vortex Media ships all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
International orders ship via USPS Express Mail International or UPS – both services provide tracking.
Most orders are shipped within one business day. All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by email should your order be delayed.
Expedited shipping is available through UPS for rush deliveries. If you would like expedited shipping, please include your instructions on the order form in the “Notes, Special Instructions & Comments” area. Please specify the level of service required, i.e. Next Day, 2nd Day Air, etc. The standard shipping fee will be waived and the expedited shipping cost will be added to your order. A copy of your invoice showing the actual shipping charges paid will be included with your shipment. Please note: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. address.
For international shipments of the VSB1 and VSB3 Shoulder Braces – contact us for shipping estimates at shipping@vortexmedia.com. Please be sure to provide your full ship-to address and whether it is a residential or commercial address.
International customers: Please be advised that you are responsible for any duty and/or import fees that your country may impose. If delivery is refused, you may be obligated to pay for any return shipping fees.

We do not accept PayPal payments, purchase orders or orders via telephone.
