Any number of users on the same company network can use the program as long as only ONE master database file is maintained. There can be only one (master) database file; in other words, different users cannot maintain their own separate MediaFiler databases without purchasing an additional copy(s) of MediaFiler. Vortex Media provides simple instructions for setting MediaFiler up on your network, but we do not offer any networking technical support beyond that.

Defective Returns: If your product is not functioning properly, please contact Technical Support Department as soon as possible. In most instances, our highly skilled Tech Support representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us. All returned products must be 100% complete with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.
